[Paraview] CSV to Tablet To Structer Grid

Hy !
 
I have Paraview Version 3.98 on Linux Redhat 
I got a .csv woth  1 115 160 Points  i use csv reader and use the filter Table to Points  OK Points are visible as a cloud ( it is the result of x^3+y+3+z+3 = 4)
everthing ok
but then i want to create a surface with filter tabletostructergrid 
i use as extend:  
x  -1   -0.781
y -1	 0.999
z -1	 0.999
 
after this i get 2 secound a blank output window and then the paraview crashes .
 
 
 
Is there anything i do wrong
