[Paraview] vtkHyperOctree

Hello Folks,

I'm evaluating the possibility of using vtkHyperOctree for my code, and I
have three questions:

-Is there any [working] example of a simple xml *.vto file available
somewhere?
-In vtkXMLHyperOctreeWriter Class documentation, there is a reference
to vtkXMLPHyperOctreeWriter
but it doesn't seem to be implemented yet, is it planned?
-Although vtkHyperOctree was optimized for computation within a single
thread, can the trees be grouped in some sort of *.pvto file?
