[Paraview] Using threshold and warp by scalar

I am trying to use warp by scalar and threshold filters on tiff and png
files. However, they are grayed out and not usable. Does anyone know if
there are specific inputs need? I got it to work with a different png file,
but others do not work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
