[Paraview] problem with automatic multicore in Paraview v3.11 from git

Hi Dan, the system MPI should be fine. The ParaView 3.10 mac binaries use th
system MPI. As far as it not working, is there anymore output? If you set
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX and do a make install, does it work then? I remember
running into build tree vs install tree issues a while back.
