[Paraview] GPU & SurfaceLIC

This is good to know.

On linux we can find this extensions via glxinfo not sure about windows or
mac. May be we can put a line on the wiki on how to query GL extensions?  I
remember some tool on windows wglinfo. GLEW might have a test app that can
query the extension may be?
