[Paraview] python/VTK errors in Paraview

When you creating the readers using python shell from the GUI (not
pvpython or pvbatch), it's recommended that you set the FileName in
the constructor itself. So try:
> reader = LegacyVTKReader(FileNames="foo.vtk")
