[Paraview] Mac OS X - Standalone bundle

Thanks David !
yes, the make install works / I did not know that invoking the make
install was required to build the standalone app / this changed over
the last month.
Since I'm building Paraview and OpenFOAM from a sensitive-case disk
image, ParavIew could not launch yesterday
from /Applications since the disk image was not mounted. Now
everything is good - the standalone applications weigths
185 M as before.
