[Paraview] Remote render / composite settings with MPI pvserver

That looks good to me. We do something similar using a 4-node Linux cluster as a server. We use -rc but I don't see how that would be an issue.

Does your MPI require daemons like mpd? If so and they have not been started node 0 may not see the other nodes.
