[Paraview] CVS: sphere position changes when scaling

Reproducing behavior:
Create sphere from source with Radius: 0.001, Center: 0.1 0 0
In Display change Scale to 2.0 2.0 2.0, sphere position changes

But for Center: 0 0 0 or large radius, seems to be working fine, sometime
even I cannot zoom in or out but unfortunately such behavior I cannot always
reproduce.

Am I doing/understanding something wrong or is it an issue similar to
http://www.paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=6233, which seems to have been
resolved.

Paraview: Latest CVS QT: 4.4
cmake:2.6.0
Visual Studio .NET 2003, Windows XP
