[Paraview] Connections between XP and Linux clusters

              Hi everyone..

              Days ago, I questioned about the
QFontEngineWin:GetTextMetrics() failed() , I still got no good solutions.

              VS.Net 2008 + Qt4.2.2(the right version paraview specified) +
Paraview3.2.2

              The Qt built "successfully", but the QtDesigner got no
MainMenu like file edit view.......

              The paraview built "successfully", but the Paraview.exe got no
got no MainMenu like file edit view.......

              And the Paraview gave output message
QFontEngineWin:GetTextMetrics() failed()

              The Linux cluster really successed.

              Now I want to connect the Linux with XP.

              I tested that, when Paraview launched on XP, the pvserver
launched with MPI on linux cluster, then use the paraview to connect the
cluster pvserver, it worked well.

              But when I tried the command type to launch the pvserver, the
output message said :

              cannot connect to the server, seemed that the passwordless
connection between xp and linux needed.

              both the xp and linux were in the same net ip-area.

              some met such problem?
