[Paraview] Volume rendering does not work anymore (PV3)

I want to render my unstructured grid dataset on my Opteron (Qt-4.2.3) and my 
Itanium (Qt-4.3.0) system. Switching to the volume representation results in 
an empty screen. The some dataset on the some systems works fine with PV-2.6.

Bug? New behavior?
