[Paraview] paraview 3.0.1 build on MacOS X is brittle

Mike,
   We do have a qt4-x11 package in fink 10.4 unstable so
it does appear to be possible. You might try installing
fink on one of your macs and, after switching fink.conf
to use the unstable branch, install the qt-x11 package.
I actually was able to create some paraview packaging
for fink 10.4 unstable that built against that qt-x11
package but the build got fouled up on the installation
process because paraview 3.0.2 is hardwired to always
expect to create an application on MacOS X.
