[Paraview] AMR DataSet Unstructured

Unfortunately, it sounds like you need to write your own reader/writer. I
would recommend something based on hdf5. I know there are a few developers
on this mailing list that did this. They may be able to help. Otherwise, I
can give you some pointers.
