CVS has support for all readers (although not as mature as 2.4 obviously).
We will release another alpha at the end of this month. We will also try to
open the repository. It requires some cleanup so I am not sure when that
will happen.
2) Any way to enable more than 3 filters? all I see is cut, clip, &

There will be more at the end of this month. On the CVS, we have everything
but we will limit the "released" filters to a few when we release snapshots.
Just to avoid bug reports we are not ready to deal with.
3) When loading exodus data, It takes significantly longer to reach the

> 2.4 - ~1second).

We will look into this. What is the size of the exodus file you are opening?

In the long run, ParaView will support multiple views/multiple connections.
But you are right, we should probably have a default connection that is
established at startup. By the way, it is possible to disconnect and connect
to another server without restarting the application.
