[Paraview] installing vtkTcl.h, vtkTK.h

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the fix!

I'm ok with unstable nightlies; I always keep a known stable version
around and check the dashboard regularly. As a vtkuser I just thought it
was my responsibility to report as I find them, or think I find them, as
the case may be.
