Very good point. We were calling it vtkPMProxy since it was a PMObject
subclass corresponding to a vtkSMProxy. Any suggestions for names are
welcome.

Yes, the definitions will now be located on the server. Infact, when a
client connects to a server, it will sync its local definitions with
the server, thus ensuring that they match up.
