[Midas] midas dicom plugin setup

Hi,

I'm new to Midas and am currently setting it up from the Midas3 git repo on
Ubuntu 12.04 precise, following the midas wiki installation instructions.
My main objective is to set midas up as a dicom server to send/receive
dicom images to/from a networked Windows PC which hosts a DEXA imaging
system: the controlling software has dicom send/receive capability.
Secondary objective is to allow remote users
access to view the images via midas.  In reviewing the Plugins wiki page
for dicom, I see there are MIDAScpp and MIDASdicom source codes.  Are these
available via git ?  Is there any further information on building dcmtk for
use with these codes ?
