setting it up from the Midas3 git repo on Ubuntu 12.04 precise, 
following the midas wiki installation instructions.  My main objective 
is to set midas up as a dicom server to send/receive dicom images 
to/from a networked Windows PC which hosts a DEXA imaging system: the 
controlling software has dicom send/receive capability.  Secondary 
objective is to allow remote users<br>
</div>access to view the images via midas.  In reviewing the Plugins 
wiki page for dicom, I see there are MIDAScpp and MIDASdicom source 
codes.  Are these available via git ?  Is there any further information 
on building dcmtk for use with these codes ?<br>
