[Midas] Midas installation on Windows System

Hi Roland,

I'm sorry you're seeing this issue. Our windows-leaning folks are unable to
reproduce the problem you're seeing here. Could you provide a bit more
information (browser used, git SHA, current MySQL db values, etc)?
