[Kwiver-users] Usage of kwant toolkit

Hi all,

Based on the documentation, kwant toolkit requires track_oracle to be
enabled within kwiver. I have enabled the same in kwiver.

In order to use the kwant scoring framework - it would be great if an
example/tutorial to run the software is shared/updated on the GitHub
readme.
