[Kwiver-users] Unable to find track oracle scoring framework documentation

Hi all,

For getting started with the Kitware Analytics Toolkit - KWANT, the readme
states - Framework requires track_oracle to be enabled/turned on in Kwiver.

I have compiled KWIVER with KWIVER_ENABLE_TRACK_ORACLE:BOOL=ON switch.
Building the software was successful.

However, to understand the track_oracle and scoring framework -

- ReadMe is missing.

I have created an issue <https://github.com/Kitware/kwiver/issues/442> to
track the ticket on GitHub.

Looking forward to an update on the same.
