[Insight-users] ITK and Managed Extensions

Does anyone have a sample workspace or code to show how to write Managed
Extensions in C++ for ITK? I have managed extensions for VTK working just
fine but similar code for ITK is giving a debug assert failure. I described
the problem in the previous post. Thanks in advance.
