I follow your instructions to install gdcm with ITK, now it's all OK. 
Thanks to Mathieu for the zip file and both for the helpful advices.

P.S.  I want to inform both that when i "buid" the new gdcm version 5.0, the
compiler give me 291 warning and also the following ITK "re-build" give me 1
warning. However the installation is complete and useful.
