[Insight-users] built latex project using cmake

Hi Zhiyong,

If you want to build any of the LaTeX projects
on windows, we *strongly* recommend you to use
Cygwin.

If you run the "cmake" that is available for cygwin.
and use the LaTeX installation in cygwin, things
will run smoothly.
