[Insight-users] built latex project using cmake

I got a problem when building itk documents with cmake. first error is it cannot find cl compiler. after I put path of cl (Visual C++ .NT) in system, I got another error 
"the C compiler "cl" is not able to compile a simple test program, ... 
NMAKE: fatal error U1077". 
 
Can anybody tell me how to deal with this problem?
