[Insight-developers] getting a vtkmetaio error

I hadn't pulled since I sent the first message in. Pulling now
doesn't update my local itk repository.
I did rebuild the cmake cache for itk, and got the same error when
using system gdcm. Should I also rebuild vtk and/or gdcm?
Thanks,
Mark
