[Insight-developers] getting a vtkmetaio error

He actually did the port early this morning - 10am-ish.

You might have to do a clean build of ITK and VTK for it to
work...perhaps try doing just a clean build of ITK first.

By clean I mean delete the binary directories, re-run cmake, etc.
