Hi all,

  I've pulled the GE coverage builds for the moment.  Too many of the tests get into infinite loops,
and never come out.  If someone has some time, perhaps these jobs can be examined.  The short(but not
exaustive) list is:

test_complex_eigensystem
test_cpoly_roots
test_qsvd
itkLevelSet2DEquationTest

Because these jobs hang, and I have to kill them periodically throughout the day, coverage
information does not hit the dashboard until late in the day.
