Hi Lixu,

All of the code in the Algorithms directory is for template classes, so
there is no actual library.  The code is only used by #includes in other
directories and in applications.  Therefore, there is no need to build
anything for that directory.  The CMakeLists.txt file there is a
placeholder in case a non-templated class is ever added.

In short, the Code/Algorithms/CMakeLists.txt file is supposed to be empty.
