Hi Kai Yang,

To display 3D model, usually we will use a 3D surface mesh. To generate
those surface mesh, you will have to segment them out first.  There are
many tools available, such as ITKSnap and 3D Slicer.  If you save the
segmentation as an ITK mesh object, IGSTK will be able to load it and
render it in the View.
