[IGSTK-Users] USB to serial

Hi!
I am using Keyspan USB to serial converter and Polaris.
In the IGSTK release 3.0  there was an option to set IGSTK_SERIAL_PORT_N 
name while running cmake.
In the CVS version that option does not show up.
I would like to use CVS version, as in the release there are errors in 
CMakeList.txt and plenty of warnings during compilation.
How do I pass to IGSTK information about my Polaris port name /dev/ttyUSB0?
