[IGSTK-Users] MINC format

Hi Anka-

Currently, igstk provides only dicom image and mesh readers.

To add a reader for minc image format, you can do one of the following

1) Convert your minc image data to dicom and use the igstk dicom readers.

2) Create igstkMINCImageReader that uses itkMINC2ImageIO internally. The 
best
example on how to do this is igstkDICOMImageReader. This reader uses 
itk::GDCMImageIO
internally.
