Hi Everyone,

This is a reminder about the T-con this week:

The main topic will be a review of the book status.

Other points that are currently on the agenda are the renaming of
"SpatialObjects" to avoid confusion with itk::SpatialObject and
assigning reviewers to classes that are ready to be moved to the
main repository.

If there are additional points that anyone would like to see on the
