[IGSTK-Developers] CT scans with gantry tilt

Folks,

Thanks to Dave Lindsich of ISIS, we have now CT scan data with gantry 
tilt for igstk testing.  He provided us six CT scans with different 
gantry tilts (-16.5,-6.5,-1.5,6.5,10.5, and 20.5). I have extracted five 
slices from each scan and added them to Testing/Data repository in the 
Sandbox under CT_WITH_GANTRYTILT subdirectory.
