[IGSTK-Developers] MICCAI paper number one draft attached: softwarea development process and requirements

Kevin,

Looks good. A few comments:

- Touting "requirements-based software development process" as something
new is a bit strange. Readers might think "all software should be
based in requirements", and agile readers would say they their
software is grounded in requirements - even moreso than other processes.
While the difference may seem subtle, we should emphasize the
capture, organization, and management of requirements, or the
requirements change management process. I'd guess Brian is already on this.
- I still don't think "project management" is a very sexy phrase or
topic for technical papers, but I think I've said this before.
- The need to ensure software quality and safety is a good theme
to tie both papers together - but the 3 bullets you have under the
Introduction seem to be better suited for the architecture paper.

I doubt that my schedule this week will permit me to get a draft
out by Thursday's tcon, but I'll try and construct an outline by then.
