[CMake] CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT being ignored?

How is this work coming along? I'm using a build of CVS HEAD, which I
believe is v2.7.2. Does this currently build the appropriate version of
xcode projects?
Also, where are the CMAKE_OSX_ variables documented on the Wiki? I can't
seem to find them.
