[CMake] Visual Studio project file reloading in Vista

The macros seem to work for me about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time (vs2005 on
both 64-bit vista and 64-bit xp). I haven't had a chance to diagnose
this further, so I too would be interested in more info on this problem.

What can we do to help troubleshoot this problem?
