[CMake] Error splitting file name from path

Latest release of CMake is 2.0.6, with 2.2.0 in beta right now. Can you
upgrade cmake? Or are you restricted to using 1.6.7 for some reason?

I would guess this has been fixed since 1.6.7 was released (but that's
just a guess...)

If you can't upgrade cmake or upgrading doesn't fix the problem, can you
provide more details about the error? What file name, what path, what's
the cmake input related to that file/path?
