[CMake] Error splitting file name from path

Hi,

I'm trying to use cmake to build vtk on a 64 bit Opteron running RHEL
4.0 with gcc 3.4.3.  When cmake -i completes, I get an error:

CMake Error: Error splitting file name off end of path:

But thinking this is OK, I proceed anyway.  But before the build
completes, I get this error again and the build dies.

I am using version 1.6.7 of cmake, which I built from source.
