...or kdevelop. 
I very much second this. 
With libCMakeLib.a it is possible to read the files, but not to write them. 
Turning this into a libcmake.so and adding some features would be cool :-) 
(I know this means among others that this lib interface would have to stay
more or 
less stable...)
