[Cmake] Install with Visual-C++

Hello,

I now have all my compilations working well with CMake, both with 
makefiles under Linux and VC++ 6.0 under Windows 2000.  I even have 
Cable on the Linux side.  Anyway, now comes the time to "install".  make 
install on Linus works great, but it doesn't seem to be an equivalent on 
the VC++ side.  Way before I used CMake, I used to insert my own xcopy 
commands in the "post-build" part of the project settings.  Is there 
anything similar now?  Is there anything planned?
