[Cdash] Problems upgrading cdash 2.0.2 to 2.2.2

Hi Mathias,

It looks like the tables were not added during the upgrade. Can you 
manually add the following tables in your SQL installation?

  CDash-2-2/sql/mysql/cdash-upgrade-2.0-2.2.sql
