[Cdash] administrator account lost?

[under.actuate at gmail.com]

Hey, I just installed CDash and set it up. I set up the administrator
account as someone else. This other person decided to register the same
email address as a normal user or something along those lines. I think that
messed up things. So we can no longer login as administrator. How do I
recover or make a new administrator?
