[Cdash] Database schema?

Hi Rick,

The database schema has been evolving (a lot) between revisions of 
CDash. Probably the best option is to run sql2dia 
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/sql2dia) on your current database schema.

We probably should document the SQL schema when it stabilizes a little bit.
