[Cdash] administrator account lost?

Hi Jared,

There was a bug in CDash 1.2 that was allowing users to register 
multiple times. Do you have access to the database using phpmyadmin or 
another database tool?

If this is the case you can go in the table 'user' and remove the 
duplicate users and that should work.
