[VTK ARB] Meeting times.

Hi All,

 

At the risk of being prescriptive, I have found that the creation of a
document like the one attached is useful for arranging international
meetings.

 

The procedure would be to circulate this with the convenor indicating their
local time and UTC. The participants should fill out their local time,
returning it to the convenor. Then the convenor should circulate the
completed document to all.
