[vtkusers] Deprecate vtkGeo* classes (Sankhesh Jhaveri)

Hi Donny,

Seems like going the remote module route is the best way to go. We can
deprecate and eventually remove the classes from core VTK.
If you like, you can create (and maintain) a repository for the classes you
need and add a simple CMake script to your local VTK source checkout for
adding these classes back in.
