[vtkusers] vtkSmartVolumeMapper in CPU mode stays always in low resolution

Thanks, I will prepare an example now and report the issue.

Have you seen my other reported issue from one day before (titled
"vtkSmartVolumeMapper doesn't properly handle input changes")?
