[vtkusers] machining simulation and collision detection

hi,
i'm using this collision detection that you put the link for. i just copy
pasted the code and got bunch of red lines including (#include
"vtkSlicerRtCommonWin32Header.h") and many undefined parameters! 
what am i missing/doing wrong here ?
