It's not totally clear what you are wanting to achieve but
Vtk has "Boolean operators" Example:

Is this what you mean?

Hello, I am trying to visualize the differences of two .vtk files.

For example, I overlay 01.vtk on 02.vtk.
How can I visualize or subtract the differences from these two files and save into a new .vtk file?
Any clue that I can do this?
